VP of Philanthropy at Constructor Knowledge

The Vice President of Development at Constructor Group will spearhead the organization's philanthropic endeavors, including strategic planning, management, and execution, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize fundraising efforts. This role involves exploring the psychology of giving to refine fundraising strategies.

• Collaborating with campaign leadership and academic colleagues to develop fundraising opportunities.
• Structuring comprehensive sponsorship packages.
• Chairing internal campaign committees and external campaign boards.
• Setting annual income projections and leading fundraising input.
• Managing and implementing fundraising strategies.
• Developing relationships with donors.
• Promoting Constructor Group's fundraising goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising/philanthropy for universities, foundations, or non-profit organizations.
• Experience in creating appealing cases for support.
• A track record of successfully leading a fundraising campaign resulting in 1M+ donations.
• Understanding of non-profit marketing and knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Project and people management skills.
• Experience with automation of fundraising activities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
