Koordinator Produktionsservices (gn) at The Quality Group

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Koordinator Produktionsservices to join their team. The role involves being the primary point of contact for employees in production and warehouse areas, addressing concerns related to the work environment, personal protective equipment (PSA), and consumables. The Koordinator Produktionsservices will coordinate external service providers, including cleaning, winter services, landscaping, laundry, and waste disposal. He/She will also organize and distribute work attire and manage access control and onboarding for new employees.

The successful candidate will review invoices from external service providers, create bid comparisons, and process orders. He/She will digitize production data, maintain Excel files, and create notices for the entire facility. The Koordinator Produktionsservices will also be actively involved in the continuous improvement and optimization of processes.

Role involves in:

• Being the first point of contact for employees
• Coordinating external service providers

• Reviewing invoices and processing orders
• Digitizing production data
• Involved in process improvement

Requirement:

• Completed commercial training or relevant experience
• Ideally, experience with external service providers; experience in a production environment a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, structured and independent work ethic
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach to process improvement
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and familiarity with ERP systems
• Very good German language skills; Turkish language skills a plus
