Vitta, a health and insurance company within the Stone Co. Group, is seeking an Estagiário de SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join their team. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients to generate sales opportunities for the commercial team. The intern will focus on prospecting and nurturing leads until they are ready for a more in-depth approach from the sales executives.
Role Involves:
- Outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads.
- Qualifying leads and building strategic relationships with prospects.
- Conducting consultative B2B sales, offering customized solutions.
- Managing the sales funnel.
- Monitoring account health and coordinating corrective actions.
- Applying expertise in the healthcare market for better prospect segmentation.
- Using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a graduation.
- Ability to efficiently qualify leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize leads in the sales pipeline.
- Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
