Job Description
unybrands is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage the end-to-end performance of the supply chain across multiple micro-brands. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with business teams, the procurement team, and senior management to manage inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.
The company operates globally, with headquarters in Miami and teams in Berlin, London, New York, Shenzhen, and Shanghai. unybrands acquires e-commerce brands, integrates them into its platform, optimizes operations, and expands to new product lines and geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute monthly and quarterly planning cycles.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable reports.
- Optimize capacity for the business.
- Oversee weekly supply chain metrics.
- Drive standardization of tools and processes.
- Identify/Implement capacity planning and management tools.
- Analyze drivers of forecast misses.
- Provide critical thinking and influence cross functionally on streamlining processes.
- Coordinate with finance teams to maintain and update plans.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a data-driven role with Supply Chain exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- 6+ months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.).
- Problem-solving, project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent business judgment and strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
