Principal Architect at Caylent

Caylent is seeking a Principal Architect to join its Cloud Architecture & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud architecture and a passion for driving innovation. This role involves working with Caylent’s Engineers, Architects, Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design cloud solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and define architectural strategy.
• Guide teams through implementation and delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and provide architectural direction.
• Create and share public-facing content.
• Support pre-sales through proposal development and technical estimation.
• Mentor Architects and Engineers.
• Represent Caylent with delivery excellence and technical leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Architect in enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate technical objectives and solutions.
• Critical and strategic thinking skills.
• Expertise in serverless development.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS environments and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Advanced experience with DevOps automation.
