This role involves leading and inspiring a team of creatives to develop outstanding social media concepts for clients in the Retail & CPG sector.

The Creative Director will collaborate closely with clients, identify new trends, integrate AI technologies, and ensure the highest creative quality across all projects.

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in social media content creation for brands.
  • Experience as a Creative Director in an agency or social media team lead.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and social media.
  • Strong ideation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic tools and moving image content production.
  • Experience with AI content creation.
  • Good knowledge of social media metrics and management.
  • Fluency in German and the ability to evaluate English content.
  • Team player with flexibility to travel.
