Senior OneStream Consultant

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Senior OneStream Consultant to join their team in Stockholm. The consultant will be responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform. This role involves delivering solutions through the full cycle, assisting with pre-sales meetings, collaborating with internal and client-side resources, and adhering to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology.

The Senior OneStream Consultant at Spaulding Ridge will be involved in:

• Delivering OneStream solutions through full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Assisting with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients, including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects
• Collaborating seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
• Approaching problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges
• Adhering to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
• Embracing the Spaulding Ridge culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• 5+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, Tagetik, Anaplan etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
• Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
• Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
• Experience with VB.net
• Experience with data integration between different systems/sources
• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration is preferred
