Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join their Revenue Excellence team in London. This role involves leading customer engagements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and managing projects in Europe. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for client project budget, delivery schedules, and overall solution quality.

The role involves:

  • Leading customer engagements to determine process gaps and pain points.
  • Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Managing Salesforce projects in Europe.
  • Leading a team of junior consultants.
  • Owning accountability for client project budget and profitability.
  • Building a world-class solution design strategy.
  • Leading workshops for business process reviews and requirements gathering.
  • Performing analysis of complex business information.
  • Supporting pre-sales and internal continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Working with the Salesforce practice lead to refine delivery methodologies.
  • Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Consulting or Delivery of Salesforce projects (preferably in Certinia or SF CPQ).
  • Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Sales Cloud certified.
  • Experience in a Project Lead, Solution Architect or Delivery Manager role.
  • Previous experience in Salesforce Core Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead discovery and build cycles.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience being a servant leader and mentoring junior team members.
