Financial Controller at Airtame

Airtame is seeking a detail-oriented and curious Financial Controller to support finance operations and help scale smarter. The Financial Controller will work within the Finance team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation and accounts payable
• Accounts Payable (AP) invoice processing
• Invoicing and subscription renewals
• Subscription support
• Month-end closing tasks
• Expense management and employee reimbursements
• Debtor management & cash collection
• Assist with quotes and bids for resellers and distributors
• EU VAT reporting and Intrastat reporting
• Ad hoc Management support and reporting

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting (or currently finalizing)
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance/accounting role
• Structured, detail-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping/accounting principles
• Data-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and cross-functional team
• Experience with systems like e-conomics, Stripe, Shopify, or Zenegy is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with VAT and Intrastat reporting
