Blockchain.com is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its Institutional Sales division in London. The role involves developing and nurturing leads to drive high-value deals for the institutional sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in prospecting potential clients and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities. The role requires at least 3 days per week spent with the team in the office in London

Role involves:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential institutional leads through various channels.
  • Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest.
  • Managing and tracking leads in the CRM system.
  • Setting up and managing Telegram groups for communication.
  • Collaborating with the institutional sales team.
  • Staying informed on crypto and blockchain trends.
  • Providing regular updates on pipeline activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing, preferably in finance, fintech, or crypto.
  • Strong CRM management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Telegram.
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about cryptocurrency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the crypto trading ecosystem is a plus.
