Blockchain.com is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its Institutional Sales division in London. The role involves developing and nurturing leads to drive high-value deals for the institutional sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in prospecting potential clients and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities. The role requires at least 3 days per week spent with the team in the office in London
Role involves:
- Identifying and qualifying potential institutional leads through various channels.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest.
- Managing and tracking leads in the CRM system.
- Setting up and managing Telegram groups for communication.
- Collaborating with the institutional sales team.
- Staying informed on crypto and blockchain trends.
- Providing regular updates on pipeline activity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing, preferably in finance, fintech, or crypto.
- Strong CRM management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Telegram.
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about cryptocurrency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the crypto trading ecosystem is a plus.
