Sr Manager, Learning Content & Solutions at 2U

The Senior Manager of Learning Content & Solutions at 2U will be a subject matter expert on learning content. This role involves consulting directly with enterprise customers to assess learning objectives and recommend content solutions. The Senior Manager will analyze customer insights and market trends to identify skill gaps and inform content strategy. They will be instrumental in creating customized learning solutions, developing proposals, and delivering presentations.

This role involves:

• Translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations
• Analyzing enterprise customer and learner data to identify content trends
• Collaborating with sales teams to demonstrate how content aligns with client needs
• Providing insights into industry-specific skills trends
• Leading discovery sessions to assess learning objectives and skill needs
• Designing tailored course catalogs based on customer requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in HR, Learning and Development, or a related field
• Capacity to analyze data and uncover insights
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Stakeholder relationship management experience
