Job Description
AppViewX, a company specializing in machine identity management and application infrastructure security and orchestration, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This role is based in Boston, MA. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales revenue goals within a specified territory.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, including qualification, demonstration, evaluation, and closing.
  • Managing and overcoming prospect objections.
  • Updating opportunity status in Salesforce.com.
  • Uncovering additional AppViewX product opportunities through prospecting.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a sales leader.
  • Experience selling into a complex, competitive marketplace.
  • Exemplary communication and coaching skills.
  • Self-starter with experience selling to multiple executive levels.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills and strong writing skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in carrying a revenue quota and full sales cycle ownership.
