Wallapop is seeking a Senior Content Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the content strategy and execution across its products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving solution discovery, delivering engaging content, and ensuring a user-centric approach. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience. The Senior Content Designer will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

What this role involves:

• Writing clear, concise, and effective copy that reflects the brand personality.
• Creating effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining content design guidelines and frameworks.
• Offering strategic guidance and mentorship to the content design and UX teams.
• Collaborating with other content designers to define and foster user-centric content design practices.
• Sharing content design insights and best practices.

Requirements for this role:

• Solid communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong experience in UX Writing and Content Strategy, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
• Strong systems thinking with familiarity in taxonomy creation.
• Proven understanding of business models to align user experience design with strategic business objectives.
• Proven ability to frame complex problems and develop innovative solutions collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies and user testing techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
