GoFundMe is seeking a Strategy Analyst I to enhance the global customer experience and support strategic initiatives. The Strategy Analyst I will be responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and effectiveness across GoFundMe’s operations teams.
Role involves: - Generating recommendations for strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitoring internal and partner performance and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving operational challenges and inefficiencies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Developing analyses and insights for senior management.
- Supporting the planning and execution of long-term operational goals.
- Staying updated on industry trends in payments, charitable giving, and fintech.
Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Business Operations, Project Management, and/or Operations Management.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics, economics, or similar field.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
- Collaborative team player with independent thought and execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proactive approach to work with a “get things done” mentality.
- Resilient and adaptable in the face of changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
