MOIA GmbH is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Business Development team and contribute to bringing MOIA's autonomous mobility technology to the world. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential B2B customers interested in licensing MOIA's technology to offer autonomous mobility in their communities. The candidate will guide potential customers from initial contact to the signing of a sales contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers in a B2B environment.
  • Guiding customers from initial contact to contract signing.

Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Ability to connect with different cultures and environments.
  • Experience in managing tender projects (ideal).
  • Self-motivation and spontaneity.
  • Authentic, clear, and positive communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty.
