Head of Data Products at Policy Expert

Policy Expert is seeking a Head of Data Products to lead their new Data Product Management team. This role is crucial for discovering, prioritizing, and delivering data-driven products and solutions across the company's insurance product lines, including Home, Motor, and Pet insurance. The Head of Data Products will report to Chief Product Officer.

The position is based in London with a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and leading the new Data Product Management team.
• Managing a team of Product Managers.
• Defining a vision and roadmap for data products.
• Collaborating with product leaders and business stakeholders.
• Championing the use of metrics.
• Fostering relationships with senior management.
• Promoting a culture of data literacy.

Requirements include:

• Experience in managing and delivering analytics and machine learning products.
• Skilled in leading high-performing data product teams.
• Expert in developing product visions and roadmaps.
• Ability to develop structured methodologies for prioritization.
• Adept at influencing senior management.
• Experienced in embedding business and financial literacy within data teams.
• Passionate advocate for actionable metrics.
• Strong collaborator.
