Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead its Field Operations & Logistics team. This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of Field Specialists, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient field operations.
- Supervising a team of Field Specialists.
- Managing daily field operations schedules and supporting future staffing needs.
- Training and onboarding new hires.
- Conducting regular ride-alongs and providing performance feedback.
- Overseeing team performance and ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Maintaining up-to-date SOPs and quick reference guides.
- Reviewing and preparing customer paperwork.
- 2+ years in a supervising role, managing a team of 5-10 members.
- Relentless desire for winning and high performance.
- Comfortable with tech-enabled processes and proficient in using software tools.
- Ownership mindset and end responsibility for team results.
- Flexible schedule and open to working evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working on-site at the Richmond location.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
