Job Description
Mento is seeking senior leaders in customer success/experience to join their team as CX Coaches. This remote, contract-based role involves providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members, helping them achieve their goals and improve their leadership and communication skills. The coach will also participate in ongoing training and contribute to the Mento coaching community.

Role Involves:
  • Providing 1:1 coaching to members
  • Participating in training sessions
  • Communicating with members between sessions
  • Sharing coaching tools and insights
  • Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community

Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience managing customer success/experience teams and coaching individuals
  • Experience as a director, vice president, or other customer success/experience leader
  • Passion for helping people advance in the workplace
  • Self-awareness and high emotional IQ
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months
  • Based in North America or Europe
