Ozow, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure the successful implementation of their payment services and maintain strong relationships with business clients. The Client Success Manager will support clients in adopting Ozow’s payment platform, contributing to customer satisfaction and success.
The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and a drive to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

- A proactive and organized approach to client management
