Ozow is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure the successful implementation of payment services and maintain strong relationships with business clients. The Client Success Manager will support clients in adopting Ozow’s payment platform, contributing to customer satisfaction and success. This role involves understanding client needs, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building collaborative relationships. Understand clients' goals and challenges to provide proactive support
  • Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities to expand client usage of Ozow’s platform. Support strategies that promote client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of Ozow’s products and services to help clients succeed. Provide guidance and training to clients on how to use Ozow’s platform effectively
  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions. Advocate for clients within Ozow to ensure their needs are prioritized.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with clients to align their objectives with Ozow’s offerings. Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate on actionable plans.
  • Reporting and Insights: Monitor client performance and prepare reports to track key metrics. Analyze client data to provide recommendations for improving their experience.
  • Communication and Training: Keep clients updated on Ozow’s latest features and industry trends. Organize training sessions and resources to support client engagement.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Ozow’s product, sales, and technical teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a customer-facing role (preferably in software/fintech).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
  • A proactive and organized approach to client management.
