Ozow is seeking a Client Success Manager to foster strong relationships with business clients and ensure their success using Ozow's payment platform. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for supporting clients in adopting and engaging with Ozow’s payment platform, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and success. This role involves understanding client needs, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably in software/fintech. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client management are essential.

Requirements:
