Senior crypto accountant

Job Description

ABC Labs is seeking a Senior Crypto Accountant to manage daily and monthly crypto accounting processes, including reconciliations and transaction reviews. The ideal candidate will prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reflection of crypto holdings. They will also maintain internal controls for crypto transactions and assist with tax filing review and GAAP audits.

Requirements:
• 3–6 years of accounting experience
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech
• CPA certification or progress
• Knowledge of crypto accounting frameworks and GAAP
• Experience with crypto accounting software and ERP systems (Xero preferred)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
