FlightHub Group is seeking a CRM & Data Automation Analyst to manage audience segmentation, automation workflows, and SQL-based analytics. The ideal candidate will transition from data analysis to marketing, possessing strong SQL and analytical skills. No prior email marketing experience is required.

The CRM & Data Automation Analyst role involves:

  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries for customer segmentation.
  • Managing data structures and ensuring automation workflows function correctly.
  • Working with backend developers to validate data pipelines.
  • Building and managing CRM automation workflows (SQL transformations, triggers, event-based journeys).
  • Optimizing customer journeys for personalized engagement.
  • Monitoring sender reputation and inbox placement using Google Postmaster & Return Path.
  • Investigating spam complaints, bounce rates, and ISP filtering issues.
  • Analyzing key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, signup & conversion trends) using SQL & Looker.
  • Ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR.
  • Maintaining opt-out & suppression list logic.

Requirements for the CRM & Data Automation Analyst role include:

  • SQL Proficiency – Strong ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex queries.
  • Data Analytics & CRM Experience – Prior experience managing customer data, segmentation, and automation (SFMC preferred but not required).
  • Analytical Mindset – Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying trends.
  • BI Tools – Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Willingness to Learn Email Marketing – Interest in learning about deliverability and CRM workflows.
