Integrations Analyst at Duetto Research

Duetto is seeking an Integrations Analyst to support the expansion of their partner network and enable sales growth. The Integrations Analyst will be responsible for certifying new integrations and supporting partners during development and testing. They will also handle documentation and training for new integrations, ensuring seamless onboarding and support for hotels.

This role is crucial for the Product, Deployment, Support, and Engineering teams at Duetto.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing with partners.
• Provide API integration and testing support, both internally and externally.
• Create and maintain accurate integration documentation.
• Work with internal teams and partners to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Assist with the Pilot/Beta process, acting as a liaison between Client/Support and Partner.
• Work with the Integration Product team on API-related issues.
• Maintain transparency with the Integration Product team on development/certification status.

Requirements:

• Experience with SOAP API, HTNG messages, and async/sync data flows.
• Ability to read XML API documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting API/Web Service integration issues.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAPUI.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to investigate and solve complex integration problems.
• Proven track record of independent task management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Preferred background in IT, analytics, and/or hospitality, particularly Property Management Systems (PMS/CRS).
