Strategic Project Partners (SPP), a boutique management consulting firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a 12-month parental leave contract. The role involves providing administrative support to three Partners, enabling them to be effective and efficient in their responsibilities.
The Executive Assistant will work alongside a team of passionate professionals committed to SPP’s growth and success. The position is full-time and office-based, with some flexibility for occasional work from home. SPP offers modern offices with quality end-of-trip facilities.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with Partners and exercising autonomy in executive decision-making.
- Providing administrative assistance, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Assisting with client-delivery projects.
- Maintaining office information storage and filing systems.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing materials.
- Handling correspondence and documentation.
- Utilising CRM for contact management.
- Providing timely administrative support.
- Answering office phone and relaying messages.
- Assisting in producing proposals and tender documents.
Requirements:
