Strategy Associate - Internship at Powerdot

Powerdot is seeking a Strategy Associate Intern to join their team in Paris. Powerdot's vision is to make charging electric vehicles as simple as charging a smartphone. The company partners with businesses to provide EV charging solutions for their customers. They have partnerships with over 1,200 companies across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, with over 2,200 contracted sites.

The Strategy Associate Intern will report directly to the General Manager France & BeLux and will interact with teams in France and internationally. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, offering a comprehensive experience in the electric mobility sector.

Role Involves:

• Preparing presentations for the Global CEO and Board.
• Leading operational projects.
• Launching new tools to automate processes.
• Implementing internal logistics processes.
• Analyzing potential site locations.
• Identifying unexplored partner segments.
• Defining user stories for product roadmap features.
• Managing and coordinating deployment projects for key accounts.
• Preparing and participating in leadership meetings and strategic seminars.
• Organizing monthly team events.

Requirements:

• Top Grande Ecole d’Ingénieur or Grande Ecole de Commerce student.
• Audacious and curious with a strong desire to learn.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to propose ideas and work autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Rigorous and methodical with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Pragmatic with the ability to find simple solutions to problems.
• Creative with the ability to think outside the box.
• Responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
• Appetite for programming, no-code/low-code tools, and hacks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand the business plan and growth levers.
