Karbon, a global leader in practice management software, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their product marketing team. This role is crucial for driving and executing impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between messaging, target audiences, and campaign objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to bring product strategy to life through coordinated campaigns and work with cross-functional partners in Content, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating with internal teams to produce and deliver campaign assets.
- Developing and maintaining product collateral and sales enablement materials.
- Assisting in audience segmentation and list management.
- Managing campaign timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular updates.
- Supporting post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or product marketing support.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with global teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
