Karbon, a global leader in practice management software, is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will work within an agile development team to design and build interactive web applications, taking responsibility for technical specifications, development, and deployment.

The role involves balancing speed and quality, collaborating effectively within a team, and building and maintaining Karbon's software applications. The engineer will also be responsible for optimizing user experiences, studying user-centric data, experimenting with acquisition channels, and fine-tuning conversion funnels.

Responsibilities:

  • Balance speed and quality in software development.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience with C#, SQL Server, .Net (MVC, WCF, Web API, .Net Core a plus) and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience in A/B testing and data analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Initiative and passion for web development
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of work
  • Passion for user behavior and developing consumer-facing software
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent experience
