Alternant Floor manager H/F at JD Sports France

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Floor Manager to join their team in Strasbourg. The company has 3,400 stores in 38 countries. JD Sports has over 130 stores in France and plans to open around fifteen new stores each year.

The Alternant Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a department within the store, leading a team of sales associates and supervisors, and improving the profitability of their department.

Role Involves:

• Leading a team of sales associates and supervisors.
• Improving department profitability.
• Performing store openings and/or closings.
• Handling some HR tasks.
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the sales area.

• BAC+3 in management in the trade.
