ICE is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves taking ownership of People & Culture initiatives across the UK team, which consists of 120 employees and is still growing. The candidate will serve as a trusted strategic advisor, partnering with leaders and employees in the London office, guiding them through organizational development and employee engagement.
The People & Culture Business Partner will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and lead a dedicated People & Culture Specialist, supporting them in delivering impactful HR initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is passionate about driving growth, engagement, and culture from within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all People & Culture matters.
- Support and coach leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
- Lead the delivery of a high-impact P&C service.
- Serve as the key P&C project lead for the transition to a new payroll provider.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain and ensure ongoing compliance of employee records.
- Drive the development and implementation of internal HR policies.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the People & Culture Specialist.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in progressive P&C roles within a mid-sized, international organization.
- A solid grasp of all core HR disciplines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- A structured, analytical mindset combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and engage across all levels of the business.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience with payroll processes.
