The Team Lead Software Engineer will lead a team of developers, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality software development practices. He will manage and optimize workflows across the team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. He will work with customers to define project requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and wireframes. He will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality software development practices.
• Manage and optimize workflows across the team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Work with customers to define project requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and wireframes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and tools.
• Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with a focus on usability and design using React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications, particularly for high-load environments.
• Utilize Looker for reporting and analytics integration.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with high-load systems and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience in designing wireframes and user interfaces with a focus on a seamless user experience.
• A solid understanding of data processing and integration.
• Proven experience in leading development teams, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
