The AP Document Processing Assistant Manager role at Shared Services involves managing document imaging for IPG agencies in the US and UK. The role requires overseeing personnel and procedures to ensure timely execution and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and enhancing document imaging processes.
  • Acting as a point of contact between imaging, AP, and technical support teams.
  • Monitoring workflows and ensuring process efficiency.
  • Addressing and resolving issues with AI processing and poorly scanned documents.
  • Managing hiring, training, and development of personnel.
  • Ensuring accurate data capture and timely issue resolution.
  • Assisting in scanning and indexing documents.
  • Managing image recovery for audits.
  • Conducting performance reviews.
  • Identifying and correcting quality issues.
  • Maintaining scanning machine consumables.
  • Allocating work duties based on experience.
  • Identifying and implementing procedural and technical efficiencies.
  • Assisting with enhancements and user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • 8+ years of experience with AP/data entry.
  • Experience using a document processing system.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office/Outlook familiarity.
