Business Analyst at Prezzee

Prezzee is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving collaboration across stakeholders, developers, and the product manager to deliver customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in agile environments and have a passion for turning business insights into impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate business requirements elicitation.
• Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse requirements.
• Deliver business solution requirements or user stories.
• Consult with the business and product managers to prioritize and shape the product backlog.
• Develop delivery plans.
• Analyze business platforms, systems, processes, and structures.
• Review and provide inputs to UAT test cases.
• Support the development team in ensuring that the acceptance criteria and definition of done is satisfied.
• Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate business context and business processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in transforming a business as it scales and grows.
• High level payments experience would be an additional bonus.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience and team culture success.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools.
• Solid experience ‘Agile’ methodologies and experience working with developers.
• Solid knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
