Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development of its Partner Applications. The Senior Manager will lead the development team, promote agile methods, and drive technical solutions. He will collaborate with stakeholders to develop sustainable structures and contribute to achieving growth and revenue goals.

The role involves:

• Shaping the product strategy and roadmap for the IONOS Partner Program.
• Leading an agile software development team.
• Supporting the team in solving technical and organizational challenges.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, product management, and sales.
• Taking responsibility for projects and products.
• Contributing experience in software development.

Requirements:

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally of agile teams.
• Solid knowledge in software development and application development.
• Understanding of project and product management.
• Open and honest communication skills.
• Team spirit and approachability.
• Resilience and ability to build stable relationships with stakeholders.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

• Experience in partner and agency management is an advantage.
