Senior Manager (w/m/d) - Partner Applications at IONOS DE

IONOS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development of the IONOS Partner Platform. This role involves collaborating with various teams to shape the future of the company's offerings for agencies, freelancers, web designers, channel partners, ISVs, and consulting partners. The Senior Manager will lead the development team, promote agile methods, and drive technical solutions, contributing significantly to the company's growth and revenue goals.

The role involves:

• Shaping the product strategy and roadmap for the IONOS Partner Program.
• Providing disciplinary and professional leadership to the agile software development team.
• Actively supporting the team in resolving technical and organizational challenges.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, product management, and sales to create sustainable structures and solutions.
• Taking responsibility for projects and products, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
• Contributing own experience in software development to connect technical and business interests.

Requirements:

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally with agile teams.
• Solid knowledge in software development and application architecture.
