C++ Developer at Auros

Auros is seeking a C++ Developer to join their team in Hong Kong. Auros is dedicated to advancing the cryptocurrency ecosystem through liquidity and market-making services. The company is one of the largest participants in the market, trading across 10+ global locations and facilitating a significant portion of global daily volumes.

The C++ Developer will be responsible for developing trading systems for cryptocurrencies, working with traders and experienced developers to improve core systems. These systems, written in Python and C++, process millions of transactions from various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop trading system infrastructure in Python and C++.
• Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to understand and design solutions for challenges in Cefi and Defi environments.
• Deploy trading system components into the production environment.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• 3+ years of experience developing in both Python and C++.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to deliver clean, testable, reliable code while rapidly deploying new system features.
• Reliability and willingness to support the systems developed.
• Ability to articulate software concepts and designs.
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
• Strong interest in finance and cryptocurrencies (Desirable).
