Order Review Specialist at LastPass

The Order Review Specialist will focus on reviewing sales opportunities, ensuring compliance with Finance Support Operations policies, and supporting the sales team by resolving internal inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Review sales opportunities for compliance.
• Validate sales orders and contract terms in NetSuite.
• Monitor and respond to internal cases in Salesforce.
• Meet month-end and quarter-end deadlines.
• Assist with tax exemptions, invoicing issues, and payment processing.
• Support compliance efforts and assist with audits.
• Contribute to special projects.

Requirements:

• Background in finance operations.
• Experience in deal desk, collections, and billing systems like Salesforce.
• Reliable and deadline-driven.
