Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth in Italy. The Enterprise Account Executive will target companies with 500+ employees and generate a strong pipeline through various channels. They will manage complex sales cycles, present to C-level executives, and negotiate contracts. Talkdesk is recognized as a leader in cloud contact center solutions, offering a dynamic and innovative environment for its employees.
- Target net new accounts with 500+ employees
- Generate a strong pipeline
- Create excellent internal relationships
- Manage complete sales-cycles
- Streamline the contracts phase
- Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan
- Build partner, channel, and alliance relationships
- Be a Talkdesk Evangelist
- Work in collaboration with internal resources
- Work with a base of active customers to upsell new products
- Proven experience creating self-generated opportunities
- Consistent success selling software into Large Corporate and Enterprise accounts
- Experienced closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts
- Experienced selling to C-suite, senior management and director-level individuals
- Champion builders and trusted advisors
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
