Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive pipeline generation and sales within the Italian market, specifically targeting companies with 500+ employees. The Enterprise Account Executive will work from Rome.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives, and building strong internal and external relationships. Talkdesk is recognized as a leader in cloud contact center solutions.
Role Involves:
- Targeting net new accounts with 500+ employees.
- Generating a strong pipeline.
- Managing complete sales cycles.
- Streamlining contracts.
- Aligning with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan.
- Building partner, channel, and alliance relationships.
- Being a Talkdesk Evangelist.
- Working with internal resources to grow the new business pipeline.
- Upselling new products to active customers.
Requirements:
- Experience creating self-generated opportunities.
- Proven success selling software into Large Corporate and Enterprise accounts.
- Experience closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts.
- Experience selling to C-suite, senior management, and director-level individuals.
- Strong negotiation and contract development experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
