Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive pipeline generation and sales within the Italian market, specifically targeting companies with 500+ employees. The Enterprise Account Executive will work from Rome.

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives, and building strong internal and external relationships. Talkdesk is recognized as a leader in cloud contact center solutions.

Role Involves:

  • Targeting net new accounts with 500+ employees.
  • Generating a strong pipeline.
  • Managing complete sales cycles.
  • Streamlining contracts.
  • Aligning with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan.
  • Building partner, channel, and alliance relationships.
  • Being a Talkdesk Evangelist.
  • Working with internal resources to grow the new business pipeline.
  • Upselling new products to active customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience creating self-generated opportunities.
  • Proven success selling software into Large Corporate and Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts.
  • Experience selling to C-suite, senior management, and director-level individuals.
  • Strong negotiation and contract development experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
