FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking an Account Manager to join its Partner Success team. This role involves accelerating FreeWill's work supporting nonprofits across the country. The position is fully remote within the USA (excluding CO, AL, and LA).
Responsibilities: - Ensuring nonprofit organizations continue their subscriptions.
- Identifying opportunities to expand partnerships with FreeWill's fundraising tools.
- Creating dynamic relationships with partners.
- Proactively addressing internal and external challenges.
- Ensuring scalable tactics and processes.
- Communicating partner needs internally.
- Leading renewal and upsell meetings.
- Building strong relationships with Partner Success Strategists.
- Creating and pitching renewal plans.
- Communicating new FreeWill developments to partners.
Requirements: - Experience in SaaS customer success, client management, and negotiations or nonprofit fundraising.
- Superior communication skills and attention to detail.
