FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Partner Success team. This is a remote, contract position based in Argentina. The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting nonprofit organizations and expanding partnerships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring nonprofit organizations continue their subscriptions.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Building strong relationships with partners.
  • Addressing internal and external challenges.
  • Communicating partner needs internally.
  • Leading renewal and upsell meetings.
  • Creating renewal plans based on partner needs.
  • Staying updated on customer success techniques.

Requirements:
  • Experience in SaaS customer success or nonprofit fundraising is preferred.
  • Superior communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
