FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Partner Success team. This is a remote, contract position based in Argentina. The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting nonprofit organizations and expanding partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring nonprofit organizations continue their subscriptions.
- Identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Building strong relationships with partners.
- Addressing internal and external challenges.
- Communicating partner needs internally.
- Leading renewal and upsell meetings.
- Creating renewal plans based on partner needs.
- Staying updated on customer success techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS customer success or nonprofit fundraising is preferred.
