Job Description

FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking an Account Manager to join its Partner Success team. This role involves supporting nonprofits across Brazil and accelerating FreeWill's mission. The position is fully remote and requires working during Eastern Time business hours.

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring nonprofit organizations continue their partnerships with FreeWill, identifying opportunities to expand these partnerships, and building strong relationships with partners. They will also proactively address challenges and communicate partner needs internally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading renewal and upsell meetings
  • Building relationships with Partner Success Strategists
  • Creating renewal plans based on partner needs
  • Communicating new FreeWill developments to partners
  • Managing renewals using a detailed project management system

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS customer success, client management, or nonprofit fundraising
  • Superior communication skills and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
