FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking an Account Manager to join its Partner Success team. This role is crucial in supporting nonprofit organizations across Brazil. It is a full-time, remote contract position.

The Account Manager will work during general business hours, typically 9-5pm Eastern Time. FreeWill values transparency and fairness in compensation, offering $35,000 OTE, including a base salary of $26,250 USD. Contractors are paid in their local currency, with a future shift to USD payments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring nonprofit organizations renew their subscriptions.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Building strong relationships with partners.
  • Proactively addressing challenges.
  • Communicating partner needs internally.
  • Leading renewal and upsell meetings.
  • Creating and pitching renewal plans.
  • Staying updated on customer success techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS customer success, client management, or nonprofit fundraising.
