Financial Analyst at Constructor Knowledge

Constructor Capital, a Swiss-based VC fund, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. The fund, with $150M in assets, focuses on early-stage technology companies and operates with a Swiss-based asset management company. The role is located in Cyprus and offers the possibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Management accounting for four legal entities.
• Quarterly review and approval of Net Asset Values and Financial Statements.
• Monitoring performance and rationalizing NAV movement within the portfolio.
• Participation in closings and capital process business flow.

Requirements:

• VC or PE accounting experience.
• Financial analysis experience.
• Financial education and proficiency.
• Fluency in English.
