Job Description
DoubleVerify is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary post-sale contact for Scibids clients. This role involves overseeing the execution and performance of pilot and business-as-usual campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and growth. The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to provide a seamless customer journey and represent the client's perspective within DoubleVerify.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Pilot and BAU campaigns using Scibids AI technology.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting campaign setup and performance within DSPs.
- Providing day-to-day support and maintaining consistent communication with clients.
- Collaborating with the Pre-Sales team to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Working with the Scibids solutions team to resolve issues.
- Leading performance review sessions and providing strategic optimization suggestions.
- Strategizing and upselling to grow existing client business.
- Introducing clients to new Scibids product features.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success.
- Experience with at least 2 DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
