IT & Security Admin in DevOps Team at April

april is seeking an IT & Security Admin to join their DevOps team in Tel Aviv. The candidate will manage cloud infrastructure, workstation IT, and internal IT systems. They will also own SOC2 compliance, support security best practices, and assist in CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and co-owning april’s cloud (GCP) infrastructure.
• Workstation IT management (STIG, MDM, Azure, Google Workspaces, etc.).
• Managing and improving internal IT systems.
• Owning SOC2 Compliance processes & relevant security infrastructure.
• Supporting security best practices.
• Providing on-demand IT support.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Assisting in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
• Automating system provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with development teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT positions.
• 1+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE positions.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Basic knowledge in IT management (MacOS, Windows, MDM).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Linux and Windows system administration.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
