Job Description
The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a Senior Coordinator to manage player benefits and retired player programs. This role involves coordinating all aspects of player benefits, administering benefits negotiated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and implementing benefit policies and programs.Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting and administering collectively-bargained benefits and retired player programs.
  • Mastering the player benefit plans in the NFL-NFLPA CBA.
  • Participating in CBA negotiations for benefit matters.
  • Collaborating with outside firms and consultants.
  • Supporting DICC, Disability Appeal, 88 Plan, and Credited Season cases.
  • Delivering presentations for NFLPE, Legends, and club programs.
  • Reviewing and responding to player requests.
  • Providing analysis of player benefit information.
  • Acting as a liaison on player benefit issues.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Experience working with a union workforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
  • Strong communication and business writing skills.
  • Commitment to staying current with employer benefit plans.
The NFL offers:
  • A salary range of $75,000 - $95,000.
