WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group, is seeking a Psychotherapist to join their team in Lucerne, Switzerland. The role offers therapeutic freedom and a flexible work model, allowing the professional to tailor their work and personal life according to their needs.

The Psychotherapist will work in a supportive practice environment, benefiting from individual support from an experienced site manager, as well as regular case discussions and supervisions. They will guide patients through outpatient psychotherapy, with flexibility in terms of time and location. The role involves building a patient base that aligns with the professional's specialization, developing individual therapy plans, gathering medical histories, and making diagnoses, supported by practice software designed to streamline administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist
• Meets all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland
• Enjoys independent work
• Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
