City Storage Systems (CSS) is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Los Angeles. The company is focused on building the Infrastructure for Better Food, empowering restaurateurs in the digital food delivery world. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, drive talent development, and build a thriving workplace culture. He/she will be a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, helping shape the people strategy during a period of exciting growth and transformation.

What this role involves:

• Collaborating with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partnering with managers to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
• Serving as a trusted contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Guiding performance review cycles and coach leaders on feedback and goal setting.
• Assessing organizational needs and recommend solutions to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Leveraging people data and trends to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Creating and maintaining compliant, scalable HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in HR or People Partner roles
• 7–10 years specializing in HR Business Partnering
• Strategic mindset with the ability to optimize HR practices and solve complex business challenges
