Domo is seeking an Adoption Consultant in Tokyo, Japan. This role focuses on maximizing the value customers derive from Domo, ensuring high adoption rates, stabilizing contracts, and fostering long-term relationships. The Adoption Consultant will work with enterprise-level clients to develop long-term customer journeys and deployment plans aligned with their business strategies. For SMB clients, the consultant will standardize insights gained from enterprise services into success packages, enabling customers to achieve their goals quickly.

The role involves:

  • Developing long-term deployment plans and concrete action plans.
  • Conducting and evaluating various assessment services.
  • Developing customer services, including educational programs and consulting menus.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and stabilizing contracts through consulting engagements.
  • Standardizing and simplifying various consulting services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Business consulting skills (problem identification, issue analysis, planning for vision/goal achievement).
  • Account management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Solution proposal skills.
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
