IONOS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development of the IONOS Partner Platform. This role involves shaping the future of offerings for agencies, freelancers, web designers, channel partners, ISVs, and consulting partners. The Senior Manager will lead the development team, promote agile methods, and drive technical solutions, contributing to the company's growth and revenue goals.

Role involves:

• Designing the product strategy and roadmap for the IONOS Partner Program.
• Providing disciplinary and technical leadership to the agile software development team.
• Supporting the team in solving technical and organizational challenges.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, product management, and sales.
• Taking responsibility for projects and products.
• Contributing software development experience to align technical and business interests.

Requirements:

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally with agile teams.
• Solid knowledge in software development and application development.
• Strong understanding of project and product management.
