Job Description
Stellic is seeking a Head of Talent & People to build and lead the talent and people function. This role involves scaling the team from 85 to 200 people while maintaining a culture of excellence. The Head of Talent & People will work closely with the founder and leadership team.What This Role Involves:
  • Managing talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Developing a performance management system.
  • Coaching managers to provide effective feedback.
  • Implementing retention strategies.
  • Driving initiatives to reinforce Stellic’s values.
