VP Fulfilment and Supply Chain at Internal Board - for Logistics Hourly Paid Employees Only

Ocado Solutions is seeking a VP of Fulfillment and Supply Chain to drive tangible improvements in fulfillment and supply chain performance across all partners, directly impacting their profitability. The VP will lead the team to achieve significant performance gains and develop the capabilities of the existing Fulfillment team, which currently manages over 1 million orders weekly across all partners. This position will also ensure clear Fulfillment plans are in place for Ocado's Partners and enhance the Fulfillment expertise within the regional Partner Success teams.

Role involves:

• Driving improvements in Fulfillment and Supply Chain performance.
• Leading the team to achieve significant performance gains.
• Developing the capabilities of the existing Fulfillment team.
• Ensuring clear Fulfillment plans are in place for Partners.
• Enhancing the Fulfillment expertise within the regional Partner Success teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive Fulfillment experience in a similar industry.
• Broad commercial/management/financial skills.
• Ability to lead teams and make sound resourcing decisions.
• Excellent client management relationship skills.
• Experience of developing and delivering business strategies and plans in complex business environments.
• An operational expert, with previous experience in delivering logistics services, continuous improvement, KPI/cost management.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with and influencing other senior leaders, as well as external partners and customers.
