VP Integrated Business Planning at Internal Board - for Logistics Hourly Paid Employees Only

Ocado Solutions is seeking a VP of Integrated Business Planning to enhance the Fulfilment function within the Partner Success team. This role is crucial for the strategic growth and revenue of Ocado's Partners and the organization. The VP will focus on improving integrated business planning capabilities within Partner businesses, providing expert guidance, ensuring technology alignment, and leading the development of off-platform tools and processes.Role involves:

• Providing expert planning guidance and support to Partners.
• Ensuring technology alignment to solve challenges in integrated business planning within the Operating System Platform (OSP).
• Leading the development and implementation of off-platform tools and processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, or Strategy within e-commerce, logistics, or retail.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to deliver practical, actionable planning solutions.
• Experience in a tech-driven environment with understanding of digital transformation and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Hands-on problem solver.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, global business environment.
